Brief Assignment 1 and Pre-semester Diagnostic
Student Checklist for Week 1:
1.) Activate your Raider Writer account.
2.)Buy/Activate textbook and e-book. (For e-book website see "Resources" page.)
3.)Take Pre-semester Diagnostic (Found in Raider Writer- Brief Assignment 1)
4.)Turn in Reflection Assignment- Due Saturday 1/28.
5.) Do Participation Assignments- Due Tuesday 1/31 IN CLASS. (See "Participation Assignment" page.)

Welcome to English 1302!
For the first day of class:
1.) Make sure you are registered with Raider Writer.
2.) Make sure you have an active account for the St. Martin's Handbook (e-book), and First-Year Writing textbook. They are the same texts used for 1301. Bring your textbook to class.
3.) Familiarize yourself with the Brief Assignments (all) and writing assignments for 1302. It is good to look ahead and see what you can expect to do in this course.
4.)"Follow Me" on this blogger site. You may have to make a google account (not a gmail) to "Follow Me."
5.) To get familiar with Literature Reviews, read the following page: What is a Literature Review?
